About Us
Blackjack Fishing is a veteran owned fishing charter in Charleston, South Carolina. Fishing is our happy place! It's what we love, and we want to share that with you! Charleston is a great location for offshore fishing! Trolling for wahoo, mahi and tuna is top-notch and it's excellent for bottom fishing! Our friendly and knowledgeable captain and crew will customize fishing tours based on how you want to spend your time with us. If you don't see a charter package you like, just ask and we will do everything we can to accommodate you! Non-fishing tours are also available! Our Boat
BlackJack is a 40ft Ocean Yachts SuperSport. She is well equipped to get you to the fishing grounds or to cruise around Charleston safely and in comfort! Enjoy the breeze on the deck or stretch out in the air conditioned salon! There is a head (bathroom) onboard for your convenience. Cruising speed is 25kn or about 27mph in good to moderate conditions. She is a very comfortable ride offshore and will keep you dry for year round fishing!
What to Expect
Depending on which package you have chosen, you will arrive at Ripley Light Marina at the scheduled time. There is ample parking available and the captain will meet you at Dock C. BlackJack is in slip 6. Just bring yourself, some food and beverages, tip money for the crew. They work hard to make sure you have a great trip (a standard tip is usually 20%). There is plenty of cooler space, or you can bring your own small cooler. All rods, reels, bait and lures and other equipment are included! Relax in the spacious, air conditioned salon while we get you to and from the fishing grounds!
After your trip, you can hang out on the boat while the crew filets your fish, or you can head across the parking lot to California Dreaming for some refreshments and we'll get your fish ready for you! Offshore trolling, Charleston, wahoo, mahi, tuna, bottom fishing
